Supporting Stable Job Creation
Established employers and entrepreneurs locate and grow businesses in the Door County area that provide consistent year round employment and health insurance benefits, attracting and retaining a skilled, age diverse population.

Transportation Access
Shared, accessible transportation is available to all, promoting quality of life and environment for community residents.  

Family Education
The community has a highly visible system in place for families to receive and use the information that fits their needs for caregiving support.

Community Health
Individuals pursue healthy lifestyles marked by nutritious eating, frequent exercise, and emotional well-being, minimizing the negative affects of chronic,debilitating illness. 

Affordable Housing
An affordable mix of housing opxions are available to all Door County residents.

Financial Stability (In development)
Residents experiencing financial insecurity, as a result of job instability, health issues, or excessive debt have access to opportunities to make themselves more financially stable.
